FAQs

Do you have gluten-free bagels?

We sure do! Be sure to let our team know about your dietary requirements and they will do their best to accommodate you.

Are your gluten-free options coeliac safe?

We change gloves, cutting knives, and assembly trays for our GF customers, and store the gluten-free bagels in a cupboard away from the other bagels. However, our environment is not 100% coeliac-safe due to the bagels being prepared and openly on display.

If you are ok with this, yet would prefer extra precautions, we assemble the bagel in the back kitchen.

The best thing to do is let our team know you’re coeliac when you order.

Are there vegan options?

Our vegan schmear is available in classic and spring onion and can be enjoyed on your choice of bagel. When it comes to loaded bagels, ‘The Sabich’ is vegan friendly and ‘The Veggie’ can also be made vegan - just ask to substitute normal schmear for vegan!

Can I order catering?

Check out our menu here to explore our boxed options. These are a perfect, hassle-free option for your next event. Boxes range from sizes of 6 to 12 with some containing full-size bagels and others mini, plus schmear tubs and sides! Place your order online or in-store. Give us 48 hours notice if you can!

How are your bagels made?

Our bagels are made the traditional NYC way, first submerged in boiling water for a couple of minutes before they're baked. Aptly named "water bagels" boiling the dough sets the outside to give them a crispy exterior and chewy texture.

Do you have halal or kosher options?

Unfortunately, this is not something we currently cater for. We are working towards expanding our offering to accommodate all of our customers.
